Get Creative Get Results consists of a learning methodology, a community, open events and consultancy and training services.
It is run by Pearlcatchers to promote innovative and experiential approaches to learning and organisational development. With us you can learn how to hold your own, express your passion for what you do well, and use the methods to play your part with distinction in your profession or organization.
Creativity is increasingly becoming a key issue for both individuals and organisations and is recognised as making the difference between success and failure. The Community
• We have set up an online Get Creative Community to encourage this approach to become part of everyday thinking and to enable members to network with contacts and experts from a range of organizations and sectors
• It is for people who share a concern, a set of problems or a passion for the topic and who want to deepen their knowledge and expertise in this area by interacting on an on-going basis
• The Community provides both online, telephone and face to face opportunities to talk with others interested in creativity and innovation, to ask for advice on key issues and to share best practice.
